To increase the profits of a user and a service provider while improving the advertisement effect of an advertiser.
The user is asked in advance via a user terminal 2 about whether or not the user wants the distribution of an advertisement by E-mail through the use of a prescribed computer 4. The E-mail address of the permitted user terminal 2 is registered, and the advertisement from a prescribed company is distributed by E-mail to the user terminal 2 whose E-mail address is registered.
