This financial transaction information inputting and outputting system comprises user terminals for recording at least either of the customer information and transaction information in the input support cards by using an input support file received from the financial institute system, the input support cards having recording areas readable by the user terminals and ATM, and the ATM reading the input support cards and transacts with the financial institute system based on the customer information or transaction information stored in the input support cards. When the recording format of the transaction information recorded in the input support cards is old, the ATM converts the format to perform the transaction.
