To solve the problem wherein the load of a user who retrieves a document is high, because documents are separated independently within a document processing part, even if they are mutually related.
The document management and storage system comprises a document processing part 30, which processes a document received according to the document process and a document output part 40, which outputs the processing result based on the document processed by the document processing part. The document processing part has a job log 31 which records information for evaluating each document process implemented by the document management and storage system; a user management information table 32 which includes information for identifying the user of the system; and a document input/output implementation recording and management part 34, which collects and stores information selected from the job log related to the document processes which are carried out by the document processing part and the user management information table.
