Abstract:
To provide a system, a method, and a program for providing a worker with appropriate work flows and work steps.SOLUTION: A system 1 includes: a storage part for storing a work flow including at least one work step performed by a worker at each trigger event; a detection part for detecting occurrence of a trigger event; an output part for outputting contents of each work step within a work flow to be executed corresponding to a detected trigger event to a worker who should perform the work step from among respective work flows stored in the storage part; and an allocation part for allocating a worker who is in charge of execution from among multiple workers at each work step within a work flow to be executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
