To propose an effective travel plan by letting a consumer input abstract travel requirements using the Internet, calculating a plurality of travel plans, proposing them to the consumer, letting the consumer select and/or answer to one of the plans, accommodating at a time all facilities to be used by the plan, and storing and/or managing at a time the customer's personal information and travel history information in a travel agency server.
The travel agency server sets up a website on the Internet and receives the travel requirements from a user's terminal. When the server makes a plurality of travel plans that match the requirements by searching a database that stores previous travel plan data, information on whether or not each of the facilities to be used by the travel plan is congested is collected from the facility terminal of each facility. With the collected information taken into account, the travel plan is adjusted to make a plurality of new travel plans.
