At the same time as with an present goods such as a promissory note, the ordering company sends fund settlement information including the amount, date of payment, place of payment, etc., of the promissory note in specific spread sheet format to the order receiving company, in a fund settlement accompanying the ordering of the article. The order-receiving company receives fund settlement information from respective ordering companies, and classifies a large number of actual things, such as promissory notes in the order of payment date, by the payment places, etc., by using the fund settlement information to unify and manages them.
