To provide technology that more easily introduces a safety system.SOLUTION: A system is provided to support introduction of a safety system. The system includes: a first setting unit that receives setting for a safety input function and a safety output function necessary for a safety system; a second setting unit that receives a truth table that defines correspondence between a safety input value and a safety output value to be output, and an output unit that outputs order information based on the setting of the safety input function and the safety output function, and a safety program based on the truth table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
