To provide a system monitor controller for improving maintenability while facilitating the analysis of an accident by a host monitoring display device which monitors a whole system.
This system monitor controller is provided with a command receiving part 14 for receiving an operation command to be applied from a monitor control main body part 10 or another control commanding office 20, and for storing it with the receiving time in a storage means 16, a condition deciding part 15 for deciding whether or not conditions to execute the operation command for equipment to be controlled are satisfied based on information related with the status of the equipment to be controlled and a command executing part 17 for defining the operation command as a control command when it is decided that the conditions to execute the operation command are satisfied, and for transmitting operation history showing from which of the monitor control main body part and the control commanding office the operation command has been issued, and when the operation command has been applied to a host monitoring display device 30 which monitors the whole system.
