PURPOSE: To enable a remotely located operator on a prescribed terminal equipment to rapidly grasp abnormal state by receiving and analyzing an operating status signal for a system to be monitored, and automatically sending the analyzed result to the prescribed terminal equipment.

CONSTITUTION: An abnormality detector 23 analyzes a status signal for each system constituting device stored in an editing part 22. Detecting abnormality in any one of the system constituting devices, outputs and displays an abnormality generating position or an abnormality analyzing result to/on a display part 24. Consequently, a buzzer in an alarm generating part 25 is buzzed and a remote terminal equipment interface part 26 is driven to inform the abnormal system constitutional device. The driven interface part 26 receives a status signal for the system constituting device relating to the abnormality generation from the editing part 22 and the abnormality analyzing result from the detecting part 23 and sends these signals to the prescribed terminal equipment 30 through a signal line 31.
