Title:
NONHALOGEN FLOORING MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3167673
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nonhalogen flooring material without causing problems about processability by providing an intermediate coating layer without containing a halogen on a fibrous substrate, forming a transparent top layer on a printed pattern and laminating a backing layer and fabrics onto the back surface of the substrate.
SOLUTION: This flooring material is obtained by forming an intermediate coating layer 22 prepared by coating the top surface of a fibrous substrate 21 such as a glass pulp blended nonwoven fabric with a coating liquid containing a synthetic resin emulsion or a rubber latex having -30 to 30°C glass transition point without containing a halogen such as an acrylic ester and an inorganic filler, e.g. calcium carbonate in an amount of 50-300 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the solid content on the fibrous substrate 21, drying and solidifying the coating liquid, then applying a printed pattern 24 thereonto, subsequently forming a transparent top layer 23 containing a nonhalogen synthetic resin emulsion or a rubber latex similar to those in the intermediate coating layer 22 and a delustering agent, e.g. acrylic resin particles having 50-200°C glass transition temperature and 1-100 μm average particle diameter in an amount of 10-300 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the solid content thereof and further forming a nonhalogen and unexpanded backing layer 3 on the back surface of the substrate 21.
