Abstract:

To realize a mobile object position monitoring system capable of performing reporting processing in accordance with the user movement situation of a mobile terminal device.

This mobile object position monitoring system is provided with a mobile terminal device 200 which has a satellite positioning means 203 and a communicating means 201 and can transmit current terminal information and a center device 100 which receives positional information transmitted from the device 200 and monitors the position of the device 200 on the basis of the positional information. In such a case, the device 200 is provided with a controller 202 which stores the information at least one reporting area for reporting and reports the information together with the current positional information through a radio means on the basis of latitude and longitude information detected by the satellite positioning means when the self advances into the reporting area or leaves the reporting area.
