When a programmer operates the object, the object kind, the object operation and the required parameter are designated in the structure body interface 11. An operation information retrieving means 12 obtains the object kind and the object operation from the structure body interface 11, retrieves information in a processing strage part 16 with it as a key and obtains a series of corresponding object operation instructions as a function. A parameter acquiring means 13 acquires a parameter value from the structure body interface 11. An object operating means 14 operates the object by a series of object operation instructions and the parameter. Therefore, the object is operated without programming.
