An ASP service provider 3 offers a menu preparation application to a client device 11 of a user 1 in cooperation with a food material selling store 4. An ASP server device 31 is connected through the Internet 2 to the client device 11 and a selling store client device 41 of the food material selling store 4 which sells food materials. The server device 31 prepares a menu in response to a request from the client device 11 by referring to a food material information DB 32, and provides the candidates of the menu and the list of the information of the food materials necessary for the menu together with the price of food materials at each store selling the material. Then, the user orders the food materials necessary for the menu to the food material selling store 4.
