To urge a regional community-based IT(information technology) promotion provided with a site structure for enabling anyone regardless of an individual and a corporation to easily register a homepage.
An independent local site 'town web' is prepared for each different local authority to construct a regional total information site resulting from collecting the 'town webs'. The site is divided into web scroller frames where the 'town webs' can be displayed and retrieved and information station frames where various pieces of information can be read through to provide a total information registration and retrieve system provided with a site structure for enabling even a beginner user to easily register and retrieve a homepage or the like and to easily obtain desired information.
