To achieve a high level operation control which can not be attained unless skilled operators are individually assigned in many garbage incineration plants.
When any trouble at a garbage incineration plant 450 is monitored by a monitor system 400, a support is requested to a remote monitor terminal 100 to start a remote-controlled processing. Actually through the processing, control data and operation data on an exhaust device, thermal decomposition gas furnace, fusing furnace, waste-heat boiler, etc., corresponding to each process of the plant 450 is acquired from the plant 450 to display it on the terminal 100. An operator of the terminal 100 checks the both data, then checks as necessary moving images showing internal states and the like of each device imaged respectively by ITV cameras set up in the plant 450, and can track down causes of occurred troubles, moreover can counter the troubles by setting a new value to the control data to transmit it to an automatic control device of the plant 450.
