To allow a golf player to reduce labor and time for receiving the assessment of an official handicap (HDCP) from the Japan golf association.
When the application of playing from a player is accepted in the front desk of a golf course, the player presents a rewritable card. A person in charge of a service acquires the latest HDCP from a host server via the Internet, based on data of the read card, updates the card and substitutes it for the transmittal of an HDCP certificate. During a golf round, the player him/herself or a third person writes or registers a score in the recorder. After the golf round, the data recorded in the recorder is collectively read by a collective capturing device and transmitted to a computer. The computer registers the data in the host server via the Internet. The host server calculates the latest HDCP by a currently performed HDCP calculation system and records it.
