Abstract:
To provide a system stabilizing device capable of selecting a suitable electric control machine according to the variation even when an electric power state varies with a cycle shorter than the cycle of transient stability degree calculation.SOLUTION: A system stabilizing device has a collection section, a system model creation section, a calculation section, a first selection section, a stability degree evaluation model creation section, and a second selection section. The stability degree evaluation model creation section creates a stability degree evaluation model for evaluating a stability degree in a generator installed in the electric power system on the basis of system information collected by the collection section, a calculation result by the calculation section, and variables used in the processing by the first selection section. The stability degree evaluation model creation section operates in a first cycle. The second selection section evaluates the stability degree of the generator when the electric control by a first electric control machine is performed using the stability degree evaluation model and the system information collected in a second cycle shorter than the first cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
