To provide a supplying system of slab removing members, in which the fitting of the slab removing members supplied into a steel tapping hole of a coverter to the tip part of a beam is efficiently executed in a short time without worker's assistance.
The supplying system of the slag removing members is the one, in which the arbitrary slab removing member is taken out from a rack 30 holding a plurality of slag removing members 20 and the taken-out slag removing members are supplied to the beam 11 extendable into the converter and vertically movable. In such a case, this system is provided with a rack mounting device 32 mounting the rack 30 and shiftable, a locking mechanism 40 disposed in the beam 11 and having a locking part 41 for locking the slag removing member 20 held in the rack 30 and a positioning control means for locking the slag removing member to the optimum position according to the using history of the converter.
