To avoid an increase in scale of a constitution of a system switching device which selectively switches signals of a plurality of systems in order to send them out.
The system switching device 10 is equipped with abnormality detectors 15a to 15d at switches 12a and 12b or at signal processors 13a to 13d disposed behind the switches 12a and 12b, and a control unit 16 switches sending-out systems for signals by the switches 12a and 12b based upon signals of abnormality detection generated by the abnormality detectors 15a to 15d. Further, when the switches 12a and 12b are manually switched, the control unit 16 supplies a stop signal for abnormality detecting operation to the abnormality detectors 15a to 15d, and then sends a signal for canceling the stop of abnormal detection after a period from the point of time of the manual switching until when disorder of output signals of the switches becomes stable and the abnormality is not detected any more passes.
