To solve a problem wherein, since a cement cured object contains asbestos according to circumstances, it can not be used in landfill or can not be crushed by a usual method and various asbestos fixing methods are proposed but there is no safe and simple method.

The system for treating the cement cured object includes a crusher for crushing the cement cured object into particles with a size of 5 mm or below, a first conveyor for feeding the cement cured object to the crusher, a grinder for grinding the crushed cement cured object, a second conveyor for feeding the crushed cement cured object to the grinder, a kneader for mixing the ground cement cured object with a detoxifying agent and a third conveyor for feeding the ground cement cured object to the kneader as principal devices. The second and third conveyors are formed as a hermetically closed system to be hermetically closed on the inlet and outlet sides thereof and a dust collector is provided in the vicinity of the inlet of the crusher to prevent the discharge of the crushed matter to the outside.
