Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foods cooling vessel for a microwave oven preventing the detachment of the fitting between a vessel body and a lid body by a steam pressure by automatically controlling the steam pressure and eliminating any stock from leaking outside the vessel when heated and cooked by the microwave oven.
SOLUTION: This system vessel 10 for the microwave oven cooking comprises the vessel body 1, the lid body 2 and a cap 3, the vessel body 1 is provided with a body fitting part 9 in its upper part, the lid body 2 is provided with a lid body lower part fitting part 13 in its lower part and a lid body recess 7 in its upper part, the lid body recess 7 is provided with a lid body opening part 8 in its center and a lid body upper part fitting part 11 and lid body steam exhaust grooves 18 in the side face, and the cap 3 is provided with a cap fitting parts 12 in the side face. The lid body upper part fitting part 11 and the cap fitting part 12 are fitted to each other and integrated together, air and the steam in the vessel 10 are exhausted from the lid body opening part 8 and the lid body steam exhaust grooves 18 and/or between the body fitting part 9 and the lid body lower part fitting part 13 and prevent the stock from leaking outside the vessel.
