Title:
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ENHANCING ADSORPTION OF CONTAMINATED VAPORS TO INCREASE TREATMENT CAPACITY OF REGENERABLE SYNTHETIC ADSORPTIVE MEDIA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2022037225
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a system and a method for enhancing adsorption of contaminated vapors to increase treatment capacity of a regenerable synthetic adsorptive media.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a system for enhancing adsorption of contaminated vapors to increase treatment capacity of renewable synthetic adsorptive media. The system includes an inlet configured to receive a flow of the contaminated vapors. One or more containers are coupled to the inlet, each of one or more containers includes a regenerable synthetic adsorption medium therein, and the regenerable synthetic adsorption medium is configured to remove contaminants from the contaminated vapors by adsorption. A vapor cooling subsystem is coupled to the inlet, and is configured to cool flow of the contaminated vapors, thereby increasing treatment capacity of the regenerable synthetic adsorptive media.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
