PURPOSE: To surely arrange the direction of tabs in a specified direction in simple constitution by preventing the rotation of an easy open can due to the contact of the lid of the easy open can rotated together with the rotation of a turntable to a tab stopper.
CONSTITUTION: When a can 25 in which contents are stuffed and to which a can lid 78 is secured and fixed reaches the area where the tab position of the can 25 is arranged, a first tab stopper 47 is lowered by a first cam 79, and the tab 11 of the can 25 which is rotated together with the rotation of a turntable hits the first tab stopper 47, preventing the rotation of the can 25. In the next step, a second cam follower 52 is lowered by a second cam 54, lowering a rod 49 and a bracket 55, resulting in the lowering of a second tab stopper 48 on the surface of the can lid. After the rising of the first tab stopper 47 in the second half stage of a tab position arranging area, the tab 11 hits the second tab stopper 48, arranging the direction of the tab 11 in a fixed direction.
