PURPOSE: To attain a table conveyer chain which is light and strong by fixing a top plate formed of a synthetic resin on each upper surface of a steel plate link having a flat upper surface, the front and reat of which are coupled in such a manner as to freely bend at the time of forming.

CONSTITUTION: A chain link 1 made of a stainless plate has a longitudinal elongated hole 2 at the central part thereof, and the front and rear portions coupled at hinge-like downward curled connecting portions 3, 4 by a pin. In this case, a top plate 5 is formed of synthetic resin and provided with projecting portions 6, 7 projected from the above link 1 to both sides and adapted to insert into each other in such a manner as to bend at the time of connecting the link 1, concave portions 8, 9 and a projecting portion 10 projected downward from the elongated hole 2, which are mounted at the front and rear portions thereof. The thus constructed top plate 5 is closely adhered to the link 1 to be integral therewith. Thus, a light and strong table conveyer chain can be attained.
