To prevent the deterioration of foods and to locally cool a part requiring cooling without any waste by providing a fabric sock duct which is arranged over a cutting board and supplies cool air from a cooling device from one end and clogs the other end and forming plural circular holes in a longitudinal direction at the lower part of the sock duct.
A supporting bar 10 is fixed to the upper end part of a duct 8 by horizontally extending toward the upper side of the upper board of a main body 3 to hang the fabric sock duct 9 at the bar 10 in the state of being freely attachable and detachable. One end of the duct 9 is allowed to detachably communicate with the duct 8 and the other end is clogged. Thus, cold air coming up within the duct 8 flows into the duct 9 and becomes breeze to blow out from fine holes of the cloth constituting the duct 9. The plural circle holes are formed across the longitudinal direction at the lower part of the duct 9 to discharge cold air from the circular holes comparatively forcefully. The discharged cold air flows down onto the cutting board 5. A suction port 11 is formed around the board 5 and this communicates with the inside of the main body 3.
