Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table device efficiently emitting ion-sprayed air to the obverse and reverse sides of a top plate part and the periphery thereof.SOLUTION: A table device 1 includes a top plate part 2 and leg parts 3. The top plate part includes: a reverse surface side suction port 20a and a reverse surface side blow-out port 20b formed so as to be open to a reverse surface side 6 of the top plate part; an obverse surface side suction port 21a and an obverse surface side blow-out port 21b formed so as to be open to an obverse surface side 7 of the top plate part; a blowing part 44 blowing air taken in through the reverse surface side suction port and the obverse surface side suction port to the reverse surface side blow-out port and the obverse surface side blow-out port; and an ion generation part 43 blowing ions to the air taken in through the reverse surface side suction port and the obverse surface side suction port.
