Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table top plate having a predetermined cushioning property with respect to a collision of a user and enabling writing to paper with a ball point pen, etc. on a top plate upper face in simple constitution.SOLUTION: A table top plate 1 includes as a surface layer 7 of a top plate upper face: a cushioning layer 10 having elasticity with thickness equal to or larger than 1 mm and equal to or smaller than 30 mm; and a surface protection layer 11 formed on the cushioning layer 10.
