Abstract:
To provide a top plate for a table, having sufficient hardness in a thickness direction, and excellent in productivity even when a corner part of the top plate is formed in a circular arc shape.SOLUTION: A top plate for a table comprises a front plate 20, a rear plate 22, a corner member 24, and a core material 46 disposed between the front plate 20 and the rear plate 22. The front plate 20 and the rear plate 22 have almost rectangular main plate parts 20B, 22B having corner parts in a circular arc shape in a plane view, and a first edge plate part 20C extending along the respective linear sides of the main plate part 20B of the front plate 20, and joined with the rear plate 22 while being raised to the main plate part 20B. The corner member 24 has a circular arc part 24A for defining a circular arc-shaped outer peripheral surface corresponding to the circular arc shape of the corner part, and a joining piece part 24B extending from both ends of the circular arc part 24A, overlapped on the first edge plate part 20C, and joined with the first edge plate part 20C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
