Abstract:
To provide a tableware recovery system capable of transporting continuously a used tableware from an audience seat to a kitchen, while suppressing as much as possible a possibility of fouling of a periphery of a transport path.SOLUTION: A tableware recovery system includes such a belt conveyor that forms a transportation surface where a used tableware is placed, and that audience seats are arranged along a transport path, and a receiving part provided on the terminal of the transport path, and entered by a used tableware sent out from the belt conveyor. In the belt conveyor, such a transportation surface is formed that both ends in a width direction are ridged from a central part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
