Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent capability decline of a washing pump or the like such as the idling by air confined in the inside of the washing pump at the time of a water supply process.
SOLUTION: Washing water is fed to a washing nozzle 4 by the washing pump 5 and jetted toward a tableware 2 stored in a washing tank 1. A control means 16 controls a series of the successive operations of the washing, rinsing and drying processes of the tableware 2, and at the time of starting the washing process or the rinsing process, the washing pump 5 is operated for a first prescribed time, stopped for a second prescribed time and then, continuously operated.
