Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the tableware washing machine capable of suppressing the generation of putrefaction of leftovers which are left on a leftovers filter after tableware is washed in a washing tank.
CONSTITUTION: The tableware washing machine is provided with a feed water mechanism 2 for supplying water to a washing tank 1, a washing mechanism 3 for washing tableware, a leftovers filter 4 for collecting leftovers, and a discharging mechanism 5 for discharging water contained in the washing tank to the outside of the machine, and also, provided with a controller 6 for repeating feed/discharge water at every prescribed time.
