Then, this device is provided with outline detecting parts 1R, 1L, 2R, 2L,... for detecting the outlines of the articles A and B, and antenna position controlling parts 5R, 5L,... for controlling the positions of the antennas for making them approach the outlines of the articles A and B detected by the outline detecting parts.
