To manufacture tags of various shapes without much cost.
A conveyer 30a is provided at a predetermined interval from a sheet member 1 below an area for cutting the sheet member 1 with a laser light source 20 to thereby suck the tag cut from the sheet member 1 and transport the sucked tag to conveyers 30b, 30c.
