PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent tag paper from being peeled off even when such a force that the tag paper is peeled off is applied from outside in the case of adhesion on a clear file or the like.SOLUTION: This invention makes tag paper adhering on the back side of a cover sheet of a clear file or the like adhere on a front face by fitting the front face of tag paper with an adhesive part with a repeelable adhesive deposited and an entry part to fill up a title or the like, to prevent the tag paper from being peeled off.
