Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a take-up apparatus with economical installation cost, a simple structure, a small number of components and favorable workability which reliably gives a take-up tension to a strip with no deterioration in appearance thereof and simplifies slit cutting equipment.SOLUTION: A take-up apparatus comprises: a plurality of take-up cylinders 5a, b, c rotatably attached to a rotary shaft 1 via cylinder support radial bearings 4a, b, c; a plurality of drive panels 3a, b, c, d in alignment from the first to the n-th in the axial direction that each have a projection 3ap positioned adjacently to each take-up cylinder in an axial direction for engagement by penetrating into an engaging groove 1r of the rotary shaft to rotate with the rotary shaft; a plurality of slip rings 19 clamped by the respective take-up cylinders and the drive panels positioned in their adjacency; an extrusion device 9 supported by the rotary shaft via a radial bearing for stationary support 14 to press the first drive panel 3a in a direction toward the n-th drive panel 3c; and a pair of thrust bearings 8a, b wherein one 8a of them is restricted in axial movement and the other transmits an extrusion force of the extrusion device to the first drive panel.
