Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a make-up device capable of taking up high-accuracy high-quality image record by preventing loose winding or misaligned winding with inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: A take-up device controls the take-up of the continuous sheet conveyed by rotation of a conveying roller by: attaching the top of the continuous sheet to a take-up roller; (2) taking up the sheet while generating slack of the sheet between the conveying roller and the take-up roller by making the take-up speed of the take-up roller lower than the conveying speed of the conveying roller; (3) then hoisting the sheet by making the take-up speed of the take-up roller higher than the conveying speed of the conveying roller; and (4) controlling the take-up operation so as to impart a tension to the sheet between the conveying roller and the take-up roller.
