Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor deposited film roll having a satisfactory rolled-up posture without causing deterioration of gas barrier performance in a method of taking up vapor deposited film, on which various thin film such as metal and metallic oxide is formed on a plastic film surface, by applying pressure from a contact pressure roll.SOLUTION: In a take-up method of a vapor deposited film roll, vapor deposited film is wound like a roll under pressure from a contact pressure roll. The contact pressure roll is alternately coated with two kinds of rubber materials having different hardness, at a constant interval into a double helical shape, and a front surface of the contact pressure roll is made to have a flat finish.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
