Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tamper prevention booklet in which the tampering itself of removing a cover and binding thread and replacing a page with personal information described therein can be made to hesitate.SOLUTION: A tamper prevention booklet has a content page part formed by two-folding of two or more sheets stacked, and a cover part comprising a cover sheet, a surface end sheet and a back end sheet. The tamper prevention booklet is characterized as follows: each sheet constituting a cover part is segmented in one page and the other page by a two-folded fold as a boundary; one page of the cover sheet is laminated with one page of the surface end sheet; one page of the back end sheet is laminated with the other page of the surface end sheet; and the other page of the cover sheet is laminated with the other page of the back end sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
