A water repelling re-usable transporting carton 2 is made of plastics and it has a folded bottom section or an insert bottom section. Then, the plastics includes polyethylene and/or polypropylene. In addition, a shrinkable film 3 includes polyethylene and/or polypropylene, wherein substantially it does not include bacteria or the like and particles and the like. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent tampering, use it again and keep an amount of moisture in the packaged content.
