Abstract:
An on-load tap changer according to an embodiment comprises: a tap selector; a changeover switch; an oil tank body; an oil tank lid; a flange; a relay portion; and a drive shaft. The oil tank body has a tank in which the changeover switch is contained. The oil tank body is formed with an oil tank opening through which the changeover switch can be passed. The oil tank lid closes the oil tank opening of the oil tank body. The flange extends from the oil tank body. The flange is joined to the tank. The flange closes a gap between the opening of the tank and the oil tank body. The relay portion is disposed on the flange. The relay portion introduces the driving force of a drive source disposed outside the tank into the tank. The drive shaft is disposed in the tank. The drive shaft transmits the driving force introduced into the tank by the relay portion to the tap selector and the changeover switch.
