PURPOSE: To select the color or kind of an ink ribbon and to effectively arrange various parts by providing a printing opening part and a discharge opening part bonding a printed medium and an adhesive tape to discharge them to a tape cassette so as to arrange both opening parts to the opposed surfaces of the cassette.

CONSTITUTION: A tape cassette for printing has a printing opening part 10 and a tape discharging opening part 11 and two kinds of tapes are allowed to run between the tape arranging positions on the rolls wound around winding cores to be bonded by press rollers and discharged as a completed lettering tape 20 from the tape discharging opening part 11. The printing opening part 10 and the discharge opening part 11 are mutually arranged to the opposed surfaces in the cassette and, by minimizing the running length of the tapes, the parts in the cassette can be efficiently arranged.
