A cut edge 3 provided with an outlet of a taping tip in a cutting edge part and a tape receiving ring 2 both are installed in a tape cut mount 1. A case part 4 is installed in a lower part of the cut edge 3, a sping is installed within the case part, a tip bearer 6 is installed in the spring 5, and a spring arbor of the tip bearer 6 is locked to the bottom face of a cover 7 of the case part 4 so as to make it slidingly retractable. Subsequently the cover 7 is lowered and the taping tip is pinchably set up in space between the cut edge 3 and the tip bearer 6.
