An automatic roll tape cutter, which feeds out a roll tape mounted in the roll tape cutter by a predetermined length and cuts the tape automatically, is provided with: a slot 11 for feeding out the tape; a movable blade guide channel 12 on a rear surface side; a frame 10 detachably assembled on a front surface side of a case of the cutter; a fixed blade 20 mounted on an upper portion of the rear surface of the frame 10; a movable blade 30 mounted on a lower portion of the rear surface of the frame 10 in such a manner as to be parallel with the fixed blade 20 for rising and falling, which has a horizontal long hole 31 formed on one side of a lower end thereof; an inclined long hole formed on the other side of the lower end thereof, and a sensor inserting hole 33 formed at the center thereof; and a lubricating oil supply means 40 for supplying lubricating oil to sides of the fixed blade 20 and the movable blade 30 or a side of the fixed blade or the movable blade.
