Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the cost and utilize resources effectively by disposing only the tape part where a faulty part exists from a tape wound around a reel and then utilizing a normal part for a final product.
CONSTITUTION: A tape inspection machine 1 detects a faulty part on a tape and then stores information on the faulty part in a storage 3 via a computer 2 for measurement. A computer 5 for control refers to the information on the faulty part within the storage 3, winds a tape part with a faulty part on a disposing winding-reel 44 and then winds and cut a tape part without a faulty part to a cassette 43 by a specific length L each time, thus controlling a tape winder 4.
