A tape guide includes an anodic oxidation coating layer 52 formed on a surface of an Al alloy base material 51 constituting the tape guide, a hard lubricant layer 56b filling a plurality of pores of the anodic oxidation coating layer 52, and a hard lubricant layer 56a covering a surface of the anodic oxidation coating layer 52. A surface of the hard lubricant layer 56a forms recess portions 57 in the plurality of pores of the anodic oxidation coating layer.
