PURPOSE: To provide a tape recorder and concurrently portable telephone system providing with a tape recorder function and the portable telephone function inside one box.

CONSTITUTION: A tape recorder circuit 2 reproducing voice information and a telephone circuit 3 for calling by telephoning are controlled so that either of them executes an operation by a control part 1. A microphone 7 and a speaker 8 execute the operation as the mutual input/output means of voice to the telephone circuit 3. The respective circuits and parts are contained in the one box.
