Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain the miniaturization of a device and the reduction in cost by forming a circuit pattern through an insulating layer on a substrate mounted with a reel motor and mounting the electronic parts of other function on the circuit pattern. CONSTITUTION:The base 21 of the reel motor is made of metal material, and the circuit pattern is formed via the insulating layer on the face of the base. And, on the base 21 of the reel motor, the group of reel motor coils 53, 54 and reel revolution supporting shafts 55, 56 are mounted as the component parts for the reel motor, and a tape supply reel 51 and a tape take-up reel 52 are attached freely rotatably. Then, mechanical parts which constitute a loading mechanism such as a control slider 22, loading lever 42 and mode switching cam 44 are also mounted. Therefore, a circuit substrate on which these electronic parts are mounted is not needed. Thus, the miniaturization of the device, the reduction in cost and an improvement in productivity is attained.
