A tape reel device is provided with: a rotation device for rotating a winding core for reeling the tape; a pressing roller 21 abutted on an outer periphery of a tape roll TR and rotated at a tape intrusion position P where the tape intrudes into the tape roll TR, i.e., the reeled tape; an intrusion direction restriction guide arranged on an upstream side in a traveling direction of the tape relative to the pressing roller 21 and regulating the traveling direction of the tape intruding toward the pressing roller 21; and a movement device for moving at least one of the pressing roller 21 and an intrusion direction regulation guide 22 so that a tangent direction of the tape roll TR at the tape intrusion position P and the traveling direction of the tape intruding toward the tape intrusion position P are coincident with each other.
