Abstract:
To prevent a tape installed on a device from being mistaken.SOLUTION: A tape pasting machine according to the present invention is a tape pasting machine that sticks a tape to a wafer. Such a tape pasting machine includes a holding portion that holds the tape, a pasting portion that sticks the tape sent from the holding portion to the wafer, a reading portion that reads an information recording medium, and a control portion. Such a control unit includes a tape registration portion capable of registering a plurality of pieces of tape information, a tape selection portion, and a tape determination portion. The tape selection portion records the tape information selected by an operator from the tape information registered in the tape registration portion. The tape determination portion determines whether or not the tape information recorded by the tape selection portion and the tape information read by the reading portion match.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
