Abstract:
To provide a tape winder that when a tape is loosely wound around an object such that the tape is off the object in a beginning of winding the tape and thereafter the tape is wound around the object, the object can be inhibited from displacing from a rotation center axis of a rotary plate so as to effect proper tape winding.SOLUTION: A tape winder comprises a holder part 2 that holds a roll tape 1 in an arm 3 coupled by a revolution shaft 4 fixed on a rotary plate 5. When the rotary plate rotates to wind a tape over an object from a roll tape held on a holder part, the arm revolves in a rotary-inward direction while winding up a tape previously drawn from the roll tape over the object without drawing the tape out of the roll tape, thereby moving the roll tape up to a position where a non-adhesive surface of an outermost layer of the roll tape contacts the object. Thereafter, in a state the non-adhesive surface of the outermost layer of the roll tape is contacting the object, the tape is wound around the object while drawing the tape out of the roll tape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
